The judging panels will consist of the ProCon Leicestershire Steering Committee along with representatives from the sponsoring organisations as well as external industry experts. Each Award will be judged by a different panel of judges.

Judges reserve the right to move an application into a different Award category if it is felt it fits the criteria better.

All applicants will be notified by the end of August 2008 as to whether they have reached the finalist stage or not. The finalists' entries will then be presented to the ProCon membership who will vote for the winner in each category.

Building of the Year Award
The paper based application will be judged by the panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of August. The shortlisted applicants will then be visited by the panel of judges between 2nd and 4th September in order to select three finalists by mid-September.
