Associate Sponsorship Packages

The ProCon Leicestershire Awards 2008 will build on the success of the last five years Awards and will continue to celebrate the excellence and dynamism of the property and construction industries in Leicestershire. Over 580 guests celebrated with the finalists and winners of the 2007 Awards. The 2008 Awards Dinner, which will be held in November 2008, will recognise and celebrate the achievements of individuals and teams in these fiercely competitive markets and will see a record 590 guests at the Dinner.

Through Associate Sponsorship an individual element of the evening can be sponsored. The packages available are listed below.

There is also an opportunity for you to design your own sponsorship package dependent on your needs. Please feel free to speak to us further about this.


Production of Presentation - £2,750
A professional presentation is produced on the night; your company name will be integrated in the introduction and closing section and throughout the rolling presentation displayed during the Dinner.

Event Programme - £2,750
The programme is given to all of the guests on arrival at the dinner, which covers essential information on the evening. Your company logo will appear on this professional document that is retained by the guests. You also have the opportunity to include an advertisement in the programme.

Hospitality Package - £2,900 (for wine) or £4,400 (for champagne)
We will be holding a wine reception for the guests on the night prior to the Awards Ceremony. To optimise on this opportunity, you could erect a stand behind the wine reception area promoting your company. We would also produce banners for the walls and heavily brand the room where this is held.

Website - £2,500
Your company would be prominent on the home page and subsequently throughout the site. Additionally, a ‘hot link’ would be set up to your own organisation’s site.

Trophies - £2,500
Your company name would be shown on the trophies that are retained by each of the winners and displayed within their company.

Menus - £750
An item of printed material that generally guests keep as a memento of the evening, your company logo will be displayed prominently on this.

Tickets - £1,000
An item of printed material that generally guests keep as a momento of the evening, your company logo will be displayed prominently on this.

If menus and tickets are purchased together by the same company - £1,500

Certificates for Winners and Finalists - £2,500
Certificates will be professionally printed and framed with your company logo on each certificate. The certificates are displayed in each of the winners and finalists organisations.

Advertisement in the Event Programme - £1300
The programme is given to all of the guests on arrival at the dinner, which covers essential information on the evening. Your company will have the opportunity to include a full page advertisement in the programme.

Exhibition Space - £250
During the Wine Reception prior to the dinner, there will be an exhibition promoting the finalists and sponsors. You could also have your own space at the exhibition to promote your company to over 590 guests.

Benefits of sponsorship include:

• Your company name will be included in the Event Programme that will be given to over 590 guests on arrival at the Awards dinner.
  
• A Certificate of Sponsorship for display in your organisation.
  
• If a specific element is being sponsored e.g. Event Programme or Trophies then your company’s name and/or logo will be prominent on each item.
  
• Your company logo and/or name will be on the ProCon Leicestershire website, which could be then linked into your own corporate site if you have one.

All sponsors will be mentioned in the Event Programme and any relevant publicity about the Awards.
