Jeff Miller, Service Director for Regeneration at Leicester City Council
Ian Lodder, Director of Partnerships, EMDA
Simon Green, Regional Manager, Dunbar Bank plc

Presentations:
Jeff Miller discussed some of the funding regimes used by the Council.  Ian Lodder presented the strategic approach adopted by EMDA to fund development.  Simon Green looked at issues surrounding the funding of developments through the private sector.

There was also a brief overview of English Partnership’s role in development funding

Questions and debate followed the presentations.
