The next ProCon Leicester Event is being held in partnership with Leicester Regeneration Company’s celebration of regeneration in Leicester. 

Come along to the pre-event Reception, look around the exhibits, discuss progress with colleagues and friends over a complimentary glass of wine and canapes and hear the LRC’s annual review.  Following this the ProCon Event will feature:

1. Simon Blackburn, Managing Director of Clegg Construction Ltd will review the completed refurbishment of the Leicester Mercury Building,
2. A progress report on the Colton Square Development (the old police station site) from Niall McGilp, director of Akeler.  
3. Karl Searle and Paul Rowley of EMCBE who will tell you how to get an energy efficiency audit of your building, and highlight the real cost of powering your business; and 
4. Trevor Mee, Team Leader of the Economic Development Team at Leicester City Council who will finish with a short presentation on the “Leicester City Wide Construction” partnership project.

The overall programme for the evening is as follows: -

• 5:00 pm  Reception in the marquee with complementary drinks and canapés
• 6:15 pm  Presentation by John Nicholls, Chief Executive, Leicester Regeneration Company
• 6:35 pm ProCon Event 
• 7:35 pm  Close of Formal Proceeding

Note the change in date, venue and timing.  Please email us to confirm your attendance even though as this is a joint event, you may already have replied to an invitation to attend the Reception and LRC annual update.

There will not be a pay bar at this event and the usual complementary drink is offered in advance of the formal proceedings for you to enjoy while networking at the Reception and viewing a number of displays in the Reception area focusing on the Regeneration of Leicester City.
