Your Steering Committee is very pleased to invite you to the first ProCon Leicestershire Event of 2007 which focuses on the emerging office quarter in the city centre.

Colton Square, St George's Tower and the Cathco development on Granby Street are all sites which are emerging in the city which are transforming a once neglected area into a buzzing office quarter.  Presentations will take place about each development and what they are planning in the area.

Our speakers will be representatives from the various developments involved including Akeler who will talk about phase 2 of Colton Square and the handling of the listed building facade.  Plus the Leicester Regeneration Company will give an overview of the development policy and master plan in the area.

As always, there will be an opportunity to ask questions and debate the topic.
