An Award given to the developer/owner/designer of a building, scheme, landmark or other construction of any size or type completed within the 18 months prior to 31st July 2015 that the judging panel, including experts in the field, consider to be the best contribution to or catalyst for the regeneration of its local area within Leicestershire or Rutland.
The project cannot have previously been submitted for a ProCon Award.

The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of August. The shortlisted projects will then be visited by the panel of judges on Wednesday 9th September 2015 in order to select three finalists.
The winners of the Regeneration Project of the Year Award will be decided by the panel of expert judges.
