Property Deal of the Year Award 2020-2021
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO MEMBERSHIP VOTING FOR THIS CATEGORY
An Award for the team that have pulled off the best property deal in Leicestershire and Rutland. The deal must have been completed in the 30 months prior to 30 June 2021 and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
We are not necessarily looking for the biggest deal but a deal that stands out from the norm and has had or has the potential to have a huge impact in its making.

Award Criteria
The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of July.
The shortlisted projects will then be visited by the panel of judges on Monday 16th August 2021 in order to select three finalists.
The winner of the Property Deal of the Year Award will be decided by the panel of expert judges.
The deal will be judged on the following criteria:
- Level of complexity of the deal
- Innovation related to the deal
- Vision and purpose of the deal
- Challenges faced and overcome
- Financial aspects of the deal and related performance
- Commitment to placemaking and regeneration
- Commitment to environmental and sustainability
