Welcome to the ProCon Leicestershire Awards 2020-2021

The ProCon Leicestershire Awards are the county’s biggest celebration of the built environment and the people who develop, design and construct winning developments.

Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Awards ceremony is a sell-out showcase of the industry’s achievements. This years ceremony, the eighteenth ProCon Awards, took place on Thursday 11 November 2021 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.

There were several awards to compete for, covering schemes of various sizes and sectors, including residential and non-residential projects. There were also awards for regeneration and infrastructure and a new Award for Property Deal of the Year.
