Dear ProCon Member

We have been busy updating the operating platform that runs the ProCon website. Some of you will have noticed that you have been unable to login to your membership during this time.

This process is now complete and we need all members to add a password on the new system (for data protection reasons passwords have not been transferred and temporary system passwords have been generated).

Please follow these instructions to change your password:

1. Go to the ProCon website at www.procon-leicestershire.co.uk
2. Click on the 'Member Login' link in the top right-hand corner of the home page
3. From the blue banner that then appears at the top of the page click 'Forgotten Password'
4. Type your email address in the form that appears
5. If you have entered the email that we have on file for you, an email from ProCon will appear in your inbox.
6. Go to this email and click on the link within the email to reset your password
7. This will take you back to the ProCon website where you should follow the on-screen instructions to set your own password.
