THERE IS NO MEMBER VOTE FOR THIS CATEGORY
This award will showcase, recognise and celebrate the successes of property and construction professionals at an early stage of their career and who as at 30 June 2026 are under the age of 30. This applies to individuals in substantive posts or trainee positions, both students and non-students are eligible. The nominee should have demonstrated innovative thinking, made a significant contribution to a project, or otherwise demonstrated their ability to rise to the top. Entrants should be able to demonstrate how, specifically, they have made a difference to their projects or business.
They will be judged on all round ability - not only academic and work-related achievements - but also their enthusiasm for property and construction as an industry and their ambition.
Entries should be submitted by the nominee’s employer and should include a commendation from a senior leader within their organisation.
Entrants must be currently employed by a member company of ProCon Leicestershire.
Cory’s positive attitude, the consistently high standard of his work and the contribution he makes to the team are exceptional. He has fully embraced HSSP’s multi sector dynamic to the benefit of himself and the practice.
Despite being early in his career, George has already established himself as a trusted and highly capable Quantity Surveyor, taking a leading role on several significant client accounts and projects.
For an individual still in the early stages of his career, Nathan has demonstrated exceptional progression. His promotion to Associate Director reflects both his technical capabilities and the trust placed in him to lead and grow regional teams.
The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of July.
The shortlisted person will then be interviewed by the panel of judges on Tuesday 11th August 2026 in order to select three finalists.
The winner of the Rising Star of the Year Award will be decided by the panel of expert judges.
