Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Awards ceremony is a sell-out showcase of the industry’s achievements.
This year’s ceremony, the twenty-third ProCon Awards, will take place on Thursday 12th November 2026 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.
There were several awards to compete for, covering schemes of various sizes and sectors, including residential and non-residential projects, as well as regeneration. This year also features our Rising Star Award for the third year.
The Regeneration Project and Infrastructure Project Awards are presented every other year so cover a two year period. Infrastructure will run again in 2027.
Each Award category has differing criteria and is judged by a panel of expert judges. Any buildings/projects/developments must have reached practical completion in the 18 months prior to 30th June 2026 to qualify to apply, apart from Regeneration Project which has a 30 month window to qualify. Or for the Rising Star Award applicants must be employed by their nominating company during this time-frame.

The ProCon Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday 12th November 2026 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.
Tickets are £175 plus vat each. There is no discount for a full table. Tables seat 10 or 12. Individual tickets can also be purchased where available. Half and full tables will be given priority. A maximum of one table per company can be purchased.
