Kier Construction comprises a UK-wide network of regional contracting businesses and major projects expertise in the UK and overseas. Part of this division is Kier Construction Central, a leading provider of design, construction and associated services across the Midlands. Operating from four offices, most locally in Nottingham and Solihull, Kier Construction Central provides services to clients from feasibility study through to post occupation care. Our activities are the complete process management of the construction journey including surveys, stakeholder engagement, design, logistics, building construction and aftercare of the customer post occupation.

We have extensive experience and an excellent reputation of working in partnership with clients across a diverse sector base on projects ranging from £250k through to £40m. Our approach and experience enables us to make a considerable contribution to the overall team effort, predicting and resolving construction related problems and suggesting innovative approaches wherever possible.
