Following the success in securing a strong pipeline of opportunities in the East Midlands, Lovell opened a brand-new office to accommodate its dedicated regional team, which now totals more than 40 people. It operates across Leicestershire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire, with a number of large-scale housing developments on site.

Since the opening of the new office at Pride Park in Derby in early 2022, the national housebuilder has continued to work alongside local authorities, housing associations and private partners to unlock the potential of regeneration sites across the region to provide the right homes where they are needed most.

Alongside new-build developments covering multiple tenure types, Lovell’s work with the public sector is increasingly involving the refurbishment of redundant, under-used or under-performing buildings.

Its innovative refurbishment service is set to strengthen throughout 2023 and beyond as its partners look to make best use of their existing property portfolios through redevelopment and repurposing spaces. A key growth area, this service arm places a significant focus on retrofit services, working towards creating more sustainable homes for the benefit of residents and the planet.
