GS Developments was established in 1989 and remains a family run business. Based in Leicester but operating across the UK they continue to acquires sites to develop out commercial and residential projects. In recent years GS Developments has developed over 800 residential homes and started their Newtown Living brand to push forwards the development of more residential schemes.

Alongside this they continue to develop their commercial holdings with the construction of two new trade parks in Leicester which are anchored by Selco Builders Merchants and Howdens. GS Development pride themselves on developing out on both Brown and Greenfield sites and look to create developments which will benefit the surrounding area for years to come.
