Pulse Consult 2026 Spotlight

In just over 15 years, Pulse Consult has grown from its East Midlands roots into a multi-disciplinary construction consultancy operating nationally and internationally. Today, our nearly 90-strong team works across six UK offices, alongside new international operations in Switzerland and the United States.

It has been another significant year for Pulse, with the business growing by 60% over the past 12 months. More than 92% of our work continues to come from repeat clients – reflecting the long-term relationships and trusted advice that remain central to our culture.

Leicester and Leicestershire continue to play an important part in our story. We are proud to collaborate with long-standing clients including Leicester City Council and Leicestershire County Council, while our work with De Montfort University, the University of Leicester and Space Park Leicester reflects our continued support for education, innovation, and investment across the region. 

One highlight has been the award-winning regeneration of Jewry Wall Museum, transforming one of Leicester's most significant cultural assets into a modern visitor destination while carefully protecting its remarkable Roman heritage.
