Architecture – We offer a full range of architectural services from feasibility and master planning through to full project management. We carefully study the brief from the outset and consider factors such as sustainability, future flexibility and robust detailing all in line with available budget. 

Building Surveying - Our skilled Building Surveying team specialises in the development, restoration, and maintenance of existing buildings. We successfully deliver projects of all sizes, and the nature of our work ranges from project delivery, building consultancy, strategic planning and funding support.

Health & Safety - Our Chartered Health & Safety Consultants have a proven track record of supporting and advising clients to raise Health and Safety standards, whilst enabling them to continue their day-to-day operations. Services include Management Audits and Gap Analysis, Competent Person Service, CPD-accredited training courses, First Aid training, Fire Risk Assessments and more.

Principal Designer (CDM & Building Regulations) - We regularly undertake the roles of CDM Principal Designer and Building Regulations Principal Designer, helping clients fulfil their health, safety, and compliance responsibilities under CDM 2015 and the Building Safety Act 2022.

Funding Support - We support schools and colleges in accessing essential capital funding to enhance their estates. Drawing on decades of combined experience, we guide clients through funding processes to maximise every opportunity and provide support in prioritising capital spending to ensure funds are used effectively.
