EVENT - Walking Tour - Focus on challenges of development sites - 25 June

Join us for a walking tour of Leicester City Centre with a difference. Leicester City Council will lead this tour with a focus on the challenges of getting development sites off the ground. The tour will provide an opportunity for discussion on what has helped to deliver recent development, what the current barriers are and how they might be overcome.

The tour will start at St Margarets Bus Station where you will be given access to the roof and a birds-eye view of the surrounding St Margaret's regeneration area. It will continue through the Lee Circle area, then into the Cultural Quarter to focus on the Midland Street Regeneration scheme and opportunities around the railway station.

The tour will end at Phoenix Cinema roof terrace where we will have drinks, food and networking.
