EVENT - What Future for our Town and City Centres?

27th February 2024: 8.00am Arrival and Breakfast. 8.30am start to presentations. Close by 10.30am

FOR PRESENTATIONS, LINKS AND PHOTOGRAPHS please scroll down the page

This event will focus on the challenges that are facing our local towns and Leicester city centre, particularly post Covid. It will consider how we can re-imagine them so they are attractive and vibrant places that people want to live and work in, and enjoy the various shopping, cultural and leisure activities they have to offer.

Our speakers will be Andrew Smith, Director of Planning, Development and Transportation, Leicester City Council and Rob Mitchell, Chief Executive, Charnwood Borough Council.

There will be a Q&A after the presentation so plenty of opportunity during this and the post-networking time to ask questions.

Members please note: You must be logged into the website before the option to book on appears below this text. If you cannot remember your password, please use the forgotten password option.

Guests: This event is open to guests but please note that guests can attend one event only before they have to join. We will be adhering to this rule this year after being flexible post-covid.
