ProCon Waterside Walkabout

The regeneration of Leicester's waterside is underway with the first phases of a major housing development and the restoration of the listed Friars Mill for business workspace. Nearby, De Montfort University continues to transform its campus with the exciting new Fletcher Building development, reconstruction of Mill Lane as a pedestrian route and plans afoot at the Castle Hall area for university use.

This guided walk will be led by the City Council and DMU and will take in the current developments as well as give details of future plans.
