The Outlook for Development in Leicestershire

3rd November 2016: 7.30am arrival for an 8.00am start. The event will close at 9.30am

This event will outline the potential development opportunities available across Leicester and Leicestershire. Details of how to overcome the risks associated with such developments will also be discussed. This will be looked at from a public and private perspective - post-Brexit.

Speakers will include representatives from Leicester City Council and the LLEP who will outline their perspectives about developments and outline details about the Enterprise Zones.

We will also have speakers from the private sector who have relocated to the region to look at why they decided to relocate to Leicestershire and the benefits of doing so.

And our final speaker, Michael Bowsher QC from Monckton Chambers will examine overcoming the difficulties in public procurement and State Aid post BREXIT.
