Tour of Leicester’s Blue Tower

Come and take a tour of Leicester's infamous Blue Tower at the next ProCon event.

James Boyle, Director of Infrastructure Investments will be on hand to answer questions, explain their investment strategy and provide a tour of the 269ft, 22-storey city centre complex.

The controversial building had been near-empty for more than a decade, however, this is all changing.

Infrastructure Investments are currently in negotiations with an unnamed business who is interested in taking about 50,000 sq ft of space on the first and second floors.

The teaching company Study Group opened a new operation based in The Tower in September 2014 after signing a 25-year lease to occupy 60,000 sq ft of the site.
The top 10 floors of the 269ft-high tower were converted into 165 rooms for overseas undergraduates, with other floors providing space for classes.

And The Premier Inn, where we will be meeting occupies the bottom half of the tower and they want to expand from their current 135 rooms.
