An essential hour long, free CPD Webinar, to advise on the updated Building Regulations Parts F, L & O.

Salus are kindly hosting these webinars in conjunction with ProCon.

In a drive to reduce the carbon emissions from buildings the Building Regulations have been amended with new guidance and standards for Part F – Ventilations, Part L Conservation Of Fuel & Power and a New Requirement Part O to control the extent of solar overheating in all residential buildings.

Salus will also be joined by industry leading Sustainability Engineer, Paul Cooper of Ridge who will be able to provide practical advice on the impact the new guidance will have on your projects.

This lunchtime CPD webinar is part of Salus's continued dedication to providing the industry with the correct information to work on their projects throughout the country. Salus will also discuss how they can assist you with your schemes if you wish.

Stuart Power – Director, Salus
- Stuart is a Director and one of the three owners of Salus Approved Inspectors. A qualified Fire Engineer and has been in Building Control for over 30 Years. Stuart has a wealth of experience in building regulations and fire safety across all sectors and the application of the requirements.

Andrew Wignall – Business Development Manager, Salus
- Andrew is our Business Development Manager focusing on our client management and customer retention. Andrew is a highly respected professional with over 35 years' experience within the industry providing technical support to both our clients and teams.

Steven Cooper – Regional Managing Associate, Salus
- Steven manages our Central London Office and one of our regional teams, managing the Managing Associates at our Wirral, Catterick, Redditch Gloucester and HQ. Steve is a highly respected surveyor who supports our teams with technical interpretations.

James Emery – Regional Managing Associate, Salus
- James manages our Farnborough, Cambridge and the London and South Region. He also Managing Associates at Southampton, Watford, Tonbridge and London region. James is a decisive leader and advocate of quality standards within Building Control.

Paul Meadows – Director, Salus
- Paul is a leading compliance Director and one of the three owners of Salus a Approved Inspectors. A qualified Fire Engineer and has been in Building Control for for over 30 Years. An advocate of driving regulatory standards and consistent approach to the importance of Building Control to the construction process.

Paul Cooper – Ridge
- Paul has over 20 years’ experience in Building Services Engineering and leads Ridge and Partners Cambridge office. He has a strong belief that good design is holistic, and the best buildings are the result of collaboration and integration of disciplines. Paul has worked across a large range of sectors but has a particular interest in low energy and low carbon buildings. Paul has been at the forefront of the development of zero-carbon education buildings. Paul has been the MEP lead for nationally significant projects, including the National Satellite Test Facility, containing some of the world’s largest cleanrooms, vibration tables and vacuum chambers.
