Addison Hunt accelerates Lincoln growth with Director appointment

Chartered quantity surveyor and project manager Addison Hunt has appointed Daniel Garfoot as Director of its Lincoln office, as the business continues its expansion across Lincolnshire and the Midlands.

The appointment comes just six months after the company opened the Lincoln office and only weeks after the recruitment of Senior Quantity Surveyor Steve Fleming.

Daniel brings more than 25 years of industry experience and knowledge of the Lincolnshire market to the role. He will lead the Lincoln office as its builds on a successful first six months - during which the team has enhanced local relationships and established a significant pipeline of work.

The latest recruitment forms part of a wider growth strategy for the Loughborough and Lincoln-based consultancy, which now employs 13 people, and is forecasting further expansion following its strongest first quarter on record.

Daniel will work alongside Directors Chris Hunt and Simon Collin to drive the next phase of growth, strengthen Addison Hunt's presence across the Lincolnshire region, and support an increasing portfolio of projects.
