Lovell Homes strengthens East Midlands growth with key sales appointment

Lovell Homes has appointed Sally Brookes as regional sales manager for the East Midlands, marking a strategic move to support the business’s continued growth and expansion across the area. 

Bringing more than two decades of experience in the housebuilding industry, Sally began her career in 2002 as a sales administrator before progressing to sales manager level. With 22 years in residential sales, she has developed extensive expertise in new homes sales, team leadership and delivering an exceptional customer journey. 

At Lovell Sally will play a key role in driving sales performance across the region as part of the company’s wider East Midlands growth strategy. 

In her new position, she will oversee developments including St Aidan’s Gardens in Burton on Trent; Balderton Rise in Newark; and Swinfen Vale in Coalville, ensuring sales targets are met while working to maintain the highest standards of customer satisfaction. 

Her responsibilities include managing the sales teams, implementing effective sales policies and procedures, and supporting the successful launch of new developments from pre-start through to legal completion.
