Property investment specialist lntali has relocated back into Leicester city centre.
The company was founded in 2002 by sales director Adam Burdett who was previously a director at Lambert Smith Hampton.
Intali was involved in the regeneration of the Cultural Quarter in Leicester, having advised on the acquisition and development of almost 1 million sq ft of buildings in the area since 2002.
The company, which has moved from Market Harborough, has taken space in a converted factory on Wellington Street.
Burdett said: “We are thrilled to be back at the centre of this exciting city”
“The pace of development in Leicester is on the increase, with researchers reporting a record year for the commercial property market.
“The move will bring the lntali team closer to many of their valued clients and will open up a number of promising opportunities with local investors and developers. The team is excited by the new venture and the additional growth it will drive for the business.”
