Pulse Consult bolsters East Midlands hub with director appointment

Construction consultancy Pulse Consult has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of a director in its East Midlands hub. 

Billie Wallace-Moth joins following more than a decade at AtkinsRéalis (formerly Faithful+Gould), where she completed major schemes across the private residential and purpose-built student accommodation sectors. 

Her experience spans the East Midlands and London, leading the ongoing completion of two major projects for Fusion Group, as well as the iQ Sneinton Market scheme. 

Wallace-Moth will spearhead the expansion of the firm's residential capability across the East Midlands, with a focus on winning new work in build-to-rent (BTR) apartments, PBSA and private sector homes. She will also lead the development and mentoring of junior staff.

Pulse Consult's recent portfolio includes landmark projects such as the newly completed £20m, 185-bed Kennington Lane PBSA development in London, a £20m, 184-bed student scheme in Bristol, and a growing £300m pipeline of high-density living and regeneration developments nationwide.
