Scope Hands Over Commercial Scheme in Oakham

Scope Construction has handed over a new build two storey office scheme in Oakham. Working with HSSP Architects, the scheme marked the continuation of an existing development (Phase 1 being completed in 2022 for Moores Estate Agents, who own and manage the site and occupy the adjacent unit.  The second unit was required to mirror this, with a steel frame construction, using local Clipsham/Ancaster stone mix and incorporating a mezzanine floor.
