Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Awards ceremony is a sell-out showcase of the industry’s achievements.
This year’s ceremony, the twenty-first ProCon Awards, will take place on Thursday 14th November 2024 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.
There are several awards to compete for, covering schemes of various sizes and sectors, including residential and non-residential projects, as well as regeneration. This year also features a brand new Rising Star Award.
The Infrastructure Award is presented every other year so covers a two year period.
Each Award category has differing criteria and is judged by a panel of expert judges. Any buildings/projects/developments must have reached practical completion in the 18 months prior to 30th June 2024 to qualify to apply. Or for the Rising Star Award be employed by their nominating company during this timeframe.
The Infrastructure Award runs every other year and projects must have reached practical completion in the 30 months prior to 30th June 2025 to qualify to apply for the 2024-25 Award.
The ProCon Awards showcase the best projects, developments and rising stars in construction, property and built environment in Leicestershire and Rutland so why not shout about your achievements.

A building/project/development/scheme can be entered in a maximum of 3 Award categories. An application needs to be completed for each of the Award categories that you wish to enter.
Application Deadline: Wednesday 3rd July 2024, 5.00pm.

The ProCon Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday 14th November 2024 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.
Tickets are £145 plus vat each. There is no discount for a full table. Tables seat 10 or 12. Individual tickets can also be purchased where available. Half and full tables will be given priority. A maximum of one table per company can be purchased.
