Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Awards ceremony is a sell-out showcase of the industry’s achievements.
This year’s ceremony, the twenty-second ProCon Awards, will take place on Thursday 13th November 2025 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.
There are several awards to compete for, covering schemes of various sizes and sectors, including residential and non-residential projects, as well as regeneration and infrastructure. This year also features our Rising Star Award for the second year.
The Regeneration Project and Infrastructure Project Awards are presented every other year so cover a two year period.
VOTING IS NOW OPEN IN THE RESIDENTIAL AND NON-RESIDENTIAL CATEGORIES - you will need to go to each category to vote. The option to vote is at the base of each of the category pages.
Each Award category has differing criteria and is judged by a panel of expert judges. Any buildings/projects/developments must have reached practical completion in the 18 months prior to 30th June 2025 to qualify to apply, apart from Regeneration Project and Infrastructure Project which have a 30 month window to qualify. Or for the Rising Star Award be employed by their nominating company during this time-frame.

The ProCon Awards Dinner will take place on Thursday 13th November 2025 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.
Tickets are £160 plus vat each. There is no discount for a full table. Tables seat 10 or 12. Individual tickets can also be purchased where available. Half and full tables will be given priority. A maximum of one table per company can be purchased.
