Tremendously popular each year, the ProCon Awards ceremony is a sell-out showcase of the industry’s achievements.
This year’s ceremony, the twenty-second ProCon Awards, took place on Thursday 13th November 2025 at The King Power Stadium, Leicester.
There were several awards to compete for, covering schemes of various sizes and sectors, including residential and non-residential projects, as well as regeneration and infrastructure. This year also features our Rising Star Award for the second year.
The Regeneration Project and Infrastructure Project Awards are presented every other year so cover a two year period.

Each Award category has differing criteria and is judged by a panel of expert judges. Any buildings/projects/developments must have reached practical completion in the 18 months prior to 30th June 2025 to qualify to apply, apart from Regeneration Project and Infrastructure Project which have a 30 month window to qualify. Or for the Rising Star Award be employed by their nominating company during this time-frame.
A fantastic night celebrating the success of the built environment across Leicestershire and Rutland with over 620 property and construction professionals in attendance.
