ProCon Leicestershire Membership Terms and Conditions Your Membership Subscription is non-refundable and is payable at the full rate even if you join and/or leave part way through the subscription year which runs from January to December. If you wish to cancel your membership at any time please confirm this in writing to ProCon Leicestershire using the contact details given on the invoice or the website. The information given by you to ProCon Leicestershire will be used for the administration of your membership and to invite you to ProCon Leicestershire Events and to disseminate relevant information to you. Most of this communication will be via email. Please note that if you no longer wish to receive correspondence from us by email you may unsubscribe, but it will affect our ability to inform you of ProCon Leicestershire Events and relevant information. ProCon Leicestershire may also use members' information to send you details of events or services (other than ProCon Leicestershire Events) in which it believes you may be interested. If at any time you no longer wish to receive such information please let ProCon Leicestershire know using the contact details given on the invoice or the website. ProCon Leicestershire will use the membership information that you provide to populate the membership directory that is visible to all members on the ProCon website. If you do not wish your information to be visible to other members you have the right to opt out of this in your membership section of the website. When you become a member, we will issue you with a username and password to be able to access the members' only section of ProCon Leicestershire’s website. These details are personal to you and you are responsible for ensuring that they are kept confidential. Please note that you are liable for any actions committed under your username. You undertake to ensure that your use of the website is legal, honest, truthful and decent and does not offend any individual(s). ProCon Leicestershire members may bring guests to ProCon Leicestershire Events provided you notify ProCon Leicestershire in advance of the relevant event, but each individual guest may attend only one ProCon Leicestershire Event as a guest. If they wish to attend further events they must become a member. There is no limit on the number of different individuals who may be guests. To the fullest extent permitted by law ProCon Leicestershire and its board members exclude any and all liability to members (whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any loss, damage, costs and/or expenses incurred and/or suffered by members and/or their guests arising while attending a ProCon Leicestershire Event. Board members of ProCon Leicestershire shall be entitled to be indemnified out of the assets of ProCon Leicestershire against all claims and/or liabilities that they may incur as a result of their role as Board members. The ProCon Leicestershire Board members have the authority to administer ProCon Leicestershire, its funds and its events on behalf of its members as they see fit.
