Planning Changes and the Community Infrastructure Levy

This event will focus on the recent planning changes and the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL).

Gerry Sheedy from solicitors Gateley LLP will outline the planning changes and give a commentary on CIL whilst Rory Brooke from URS Infrastructure and Environment UK Ltd, will give a local authority viewpoint on the impact of CIL. Rory is currently working with Leicester City Council.

This event will be a useful update for all members and as normal there will be an opportunity to ask questions of our speakers at the end of their presentations.

Arrival is 6.00pm for a 6.30pm start. We anticipate that the formal presentations and question time will finish at approx 7.30pm with networking beyond this time.
