13 patrons backing ProCon in 2021
Thirteen business Patrons are backing the ProCon Leicestershire network of property and construction professionals and firms in 2021.
Their support will enable ProCon to connect its members through a calendar of activities. ProCon is building on its popular online webinars in 2020 with a programme of digital events plus planned physical get togethers later in 2021.
There are two new Patrons for 2021: the law firm Gateley Legal and the industrial and warehouse developer Tungsten Properties.
Continuing their support are: insurance brokers Berkeley Insurance Group; Harborough-based Corporate Architecture; contractor Danaher & Walsh; consulting engineers Diamond Wood and Shaw; professional services provider MDA Consulting; multi-disciplinary consultants Pick Everard; contractor Premier Development Contractors; the law firm Shakespeare Martineau; architects Stephen George + Partners; manufacturer Unique Window Systems; and contractor Willmott Dixon Construction.
The backing of the Patrons, many based in Leicestershire, enables the 21-year-old organisation to connect its 600-plus members.
The first event in 2021 was a January webinar exploring social value and its economic and environmental benefits. Attendance at ProCon events can be part of professionals’ CPD (Continuing Professional Development).
The Patrons’ support also helps sustain ProCon’s website which provides a platform for individual members and firms to connect with each other and to share news and views.

Tungsten Properties development surveyor Jenny Clarke said: “Tungsten Properties are very happy to support ProCon Leicestershire as a Patron this year. As a developer we have not only been based in Leicestershire for a number of years but we have developed many schemes here and are proud to be part of the Leicestershire property community.”
