Civil and structural engineer BSP Consulting appointed on Procure Partnerships Framework

East Midlands-based civil and structural engineering firm BSP Consulting has been appointed to the four-year Procure Partnerships Framework (Professional Services) Agreement.

BSP won a place on the Procure Partnerships Framework (Professional Services) Agreement to cover both structural engineering, and civil and highways engineering, in the East Midlands.

This latest appointment brings to 16 the number of framework positions that BSP Consulting is currently on.

The Procure Partnerships Framework was established to support public sector bodies to compliantly and effectively procure supplier partners to deliver their major capital projects. The Professional Services Framework will run alongside its already established Contractor Framework.

Procure Partnerships estimates the framework could account for a spend of up to £500m during four years over the 11 regions in England and Wales.

BSP has appointed Tony Goddard, with 28 years of project and framework experience, as the director responsible for the civil engineering lot and Carl Hilton, who has more than 30 years of project and framework management experience, as director on the structural engineering lot of the Procure Partnerships framework.

This attracted 20% of the total evaluation which has meant that we have suppliers who have outstanding experience of delivering Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Blue Light projects within their specific allotted geographies.”
