CPW wins two prestigious CIBSE Industry Awards
LEADING MEP and sustainability firm CPW has won first place in the CIBSE Employer of the Year (medium category) award. In addition, design engineer, Lewis Coleing, scooped second place in the CIBSE Apprentice of the Year within the Degree (Level 5-7) category.
Both awards were won as part of the annual CIBSE Young Engineers Awards to celebrate and promote organisations that proactively champion young people in the building services sector, as well as graduates and apprentices in the industry who showcase their hard work and skills.
The award ceremony took place on 11 October at the Royal Institute of British Architects in London, bringing together leading companies and movers and shakers in the industry for an evening of celebration.

Commenting on his win, Lewis said: “I was so chuffed to be shortlisted in the first place, so to win second place in my category is the icing on the cake. I’m extremely grateful that CIBSE has recognised my work so far and would like to thank CPW and my family for all their support. It was fantastic to celebrate with great names in the industry during the awards evening.
“I joined CPW in 2016 as an Electrical Trainee Design Engineer and after this win I'm excited to keep moving forward in my career.”
