Faithful+Gould strengthens its Nottingham office

Faithful+Gould (F+G), the leading integrated project and programme management consultancy, has strengthened its Nottingham office in Beeston with the addition of Dean Williams as Associate Director.

Joining after almost 14 years with Nottingham based multi-disciplinary consultancy Gaskell, Dean has been brought in to further bolster the senior leadership of F+G’s quantity surveying team and enhance its expertise in the residential and education sectors.

In his previous role, Dean was responsible for client relationship with the University of Nottingham and has also delivered some of Nottingham’s largest and most prestigious residential projects including Nottingham’s most exclusive address, River Crescent, Colwick.

“I’m looking forward to developing the quantity surveying team’s project base and exposure to the residential market, while expanding on our capabilities,” says Dean, who worked at Faithful+Gould’s Nottingham and Mansfield office during his year out from Nottingham Trent University in 2000-2001. “We have a wealth of talent within the team, and my role is to assist with their development to enhance the service we deliver to our clients”.

When not working, Dean enjoys keeping fit by running and cycling. Dean would one day like to participate in either the London or New York marathon.
