Gateley Legal celebrates double panel win with Barratt Redrow

Gateley Legal has secured a double panel win with Barratt Redrow, extending its long-standing relationship with the national homebuilder to more than 25 years. 

Following a competitive tender process, the legal business has secured a place on both Barratt Redrow’s contentious and non-contentious legal services panels. The new structure replaces the previous single-panel arrangement and covers a wide range of disciplines, including property, planning, construction, building safety, dispute resolution and employment. 

Over the next three years, Gateley Legal will continue to support Barratt Redrow’s nationwide development programme, providing commercially focused expertise across land acquisition, development, planning, plot sales services and other property-related matters as part of the non-contentious legal panel. The contentious panel appointment will see the team expand on existing dispute resolution services with employment law matters, as well as advising on investigations and wider strategic risk management issues.
