Innes England appoint property valuation expert

Property valuation expert Martin Wilson (pictured above) has been made a director in the professional services team at Midlands agents Innes England as it continues its expansion.

Martin has built up a strong reputation for delivering large-scale instructions for private and public sector clients across England and Wales.

His role will be Midlands-wide, with a focus on the West Midlands and supporting director Adam Rock as the regional office celebrates a year of successful business with ambitious plans for this year.

He said: “It is a wonderful opportunity to use my experience to develop Innes England’s asset valuation side of the business and a really exciting time to join the company as it continues to flourish and extend its services.

”Martin’s career began in 2003 and, following his qualifications, he joined chartered surveyors Bruton Knowles where he completed compulsory purchase work for clients including local authorities and in the utility and infrastructure sectors.
