ProCon Members Successfully Deliver Development Scheme in Mountsorrel

Practical Completion has recently been completed at Stoneworks Court which has transformed the northern gateway into Mountsorrel with nine high quality residential units and two commercial units.

Developer GS Developments has retained the properties under its Newtown Living brand, offering the properties to the market for rent. The new properties received a high level of interest with most being pre-let before practical completion.
