PULSE Consult wins place on Government Commercial Agency framework
PULSE Consult has expanded its public sector operation by being named as a supplier on a Government Commercial Agency framework.
The Nottingham-based company is now a supplier on Lot 3 for project management and Lot 4 for commercial management on the RM6356 Construction Professional Services Framework in a four-year appointment.
As a newly unified executive agency of the Cabinet Office, Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is the UK's central commercial and procurement organisation.
Ian Carey, managing director at Pulse Consult, said: "Securing top marks for quality on the GCA framework proves that our scale is our greatest asset.
"We provide the personal accountability and director-led service of a specialist firm, but with the proven technical capacity to deliver national infrastructure.
"This appointment allows us to offer a high-calibre, responsive alternative to the traditional large-scale consultancies that have historically dominated this space."
Pulse added that it is committed to a collaborative model including working alongside specialist partners Doig+Smith in Scotland and Rainey & Best in Northern Ireland.
Carey said: "This appointment is a cornerstone of our broader national growth strategy. It builds on a streak of recent national framework successes with Fusion21, ESPO and Procure Partnerships, reinforcing our reputation as a trusted partner for both framework providers and the public sector.
"We are proud to support the government's mandate to diversify the public sector supply chain while deepening our existing relationships with local authorities across the country such as Leicester, Lincoln, Stratford-upon-Avon and the London Borough of Suffolk."
