Scope Construction Appointed to Deliver Affordable Housing in North West Leicestershire

Scope Construction Ltd is delighted to announce that it has been appointed by North West Leicestershire District Council to Design and Build 6 new affordable homes in Measham, on the site of a former sheltered housing complex. 

Working with Architects Halsall Lloyd Partnership and Civil and Structural Engineers BSP Consulting Ltd The scheme, which is due to start on site in August, is Scope’s first scheme.

It is great to be contributing to the council’s plans to make more high-quality, affordable housing available for the local community.  The contract marks another milestone in Scope’s growth in the affordable housing sector across the East Midlands and as a local contractor, we hope it will be the first of many in North West Leicestershire.
