2015 ProCon Awards Categories
There are six award categories to enter or nominate for. Together the categories encompass the full range of projects taking place in Leicestershire and Rutland.
If you think your project could be a winner please send us your entry. The ProCon Awards showcase the best projects and developments in construction, property and the built environment in Leicestershire and Rutland.
Each Award category has differing criteria and is judged by a panel of expert judges. More details can be found in the Award category information.
Large Non-Residential Scheme of the Year Award 2015
Sponsored by Danaher & WalshAn Award made to a developer or owner of a non-residential scheme located within the Leicestershire or Rutland boundaries which will be judged by both a panel of experts and the ProCon membership.
Schemes must have achieved practical completion within the 18 months prior to 31st July 2015, and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
Large Non-Residential is classified as having a contract value in excess of £3million.

Large Residential Scheme of the Year Award 2015
Sponsored by Infrastructure Investments LtdAn Award made to a developer or owner of a residential scheme located within the Leicestershire or Rutland boundaries which will be judged by both a panel of experts and the ProCon membership.
Schemes must have achieved practical completion within the 18 months prior to 31st July 2015, and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
Large Residential is classed as six units or more.

Regeneration Project of the Year Award 2015
Sponsored by EME InstallationsAn Award given to the developer/owner/designer of a building, scheme, landmark or other construction of any size or type completed within the 18 months prior to 31st July 2015 that the judging panel, including experts in the field, consider to be the best contribution to or catalyst for the regeneration of its local area within Leicestershire or Rutland.
The project cannot have previously been submitted for a ProCon Award.

Sustainable Development of the Year Award 2015
Sponsored by Willmott Dixon ConstructionAn Award given to the developer/owner/designer of a scheme that the judging panel, including experts in the field, consider to be the best new environmentally sustainable development in Leicestershire or Rutland that was completed within the 18 months prior to 31st July 2015.
The development cannot have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
