An Award made to a developer or owner of a residential scheme located within the Leicestershire or Rutland boundaries which will be judged by both a panel of experts and the ProCon membership.
Schemes must have achieved practical completion within the 18 months prior to 30th June 2025, and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
Medium Residential is classed as two to ten units.

Castle View is a luxury development of three homes and one bungalow on the edge of the Leicestershire village of Great Easton.
The Kilns is a development of nine high-quality family homes on a disused brownfield site formerly associated with the local brickmaking industry, at the edge of Earl Shilton.
Residential for the purpose of these Awards is classed as any scheme which is used for living purposes e.g. single dwelling, care home, housing development, apartments, student accommodation.
Properties can be new build, conversion or refurbishment.
The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of July.
The shortlisted applicant will then be visited by the panel of judges on Monday 18th August 2025.
Once finalists are decided the expert judges and the ProCon membership will vote for the winner of the Award.
