An Award made for a non-residential scheme located within the Leicestershire or Rutland boundaries which will be judged by both a panel of experts and the ProCon membership.
Schemes must have achieved practical completion within the 18 months prior to 30th June 2025, and not have been previously submitted for a ProCon Award.
Small Non-Residential is classified as having a contract value of £3million or less.
Birstall Golf Club was transformed from a dated and underperforming facility into a vibrant, energy-efficient and inclusive destination.
After fire destroyed the 117-year-old clubhouse at Lutterworth Golf Club, a new clubhouse was built in a project that also included new greenkeepers’ facilities, a pro shop and training areas.
A new annex was constructed for the Grade II listed Quorn Baptist Church, coupled with internal refurbishments to create a new café, modern office space and upgraded facilities.
Non-Residential for the purpose of these Awards includes commercial developments, educational establishments, retail, leisure, industrial and mixed use developments.
The application will be judged by a panel of expert judges and a shortlist selected by the end of July.
The shortlisted applicant will then be visited by the panel of judges on Thursday 14th August 2025.
Once finalists are decided the expert judges and the ProCon membership will vote for the winner of the Award.
